I’m very please to have Thomas to inspect my new condo. He is very thoughtful and detailed to inspect all the features in the condo. Upon completion of inspection, Thomas was patiently to explain all the remarks and included in the reports. It saved me a lot of time to request the seller to fix it. Tom has inspected two houses for me, his inspection on both houses are very thorough. Both houses have multiple units, so naturally, both inspections took a very very long time. Thomas is very detail oriented and we are extremely happy with his service. It was nice to have a good guidance for first time home buyers like us. We had Tom and Peter do our inspection .
It went very well and we got a lot of good info.
They were very through and the report as well.
I did how ever sign to allow my realtor to get a copy of our report. But he never got it .So that was the only thing I am only letting you know this for future customers .I would tell anyone to use Clayton homes for their home inspection . I used Tom about 7 years ago on my home and I would use him again if we bought another home.
